Fusion Body Art – Returns & Refund Policy 

We hope you love your purchase from Fusion Body Art! However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please review our updated Returns & Refund Policy below.


🧴 Hygiene & Change of Mind Policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any face paint or cosmetic products due to change of mind, even if unopened.
This policy follows Australian hygiene regulations for cosmetic goods and helps ensure the safety of all our customers.


Our Returns Policy Covers

We will accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Goods invoiced but not supplied
  • Incorrect items supplied
  • Faulty or damaged products*

*Faulty product claims will be reviewed upon return. We may request photos or further information before approving a return.


📦 How to Return Your Products

1. Notify Us Within 2 Days

Please notify our team within 2 days of receiving your order if there are any issues, missing items, or product faults.
Email: sales@fusionbodyart.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Complete Return Documentation

Our customer service team will send you a return form and instructions.
Please do not return any items until you have received confirmation from us.

3. Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fusion Body Art cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Fusion Body Art and will not be refunded.


🚚 Free Shipping Orders

If you received free shipping and return part of your order, your total may fall below the free shipping threshold.
In this case, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


💳 Processing Your Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Please note:

  • No refunds for natural colour variations or uneven bar widths in rainbow cakes, split cakes, or palettes.
  • Screen display colour differences are not product faults.
  • Refunds are not provided for paints that have been over-watered or altered after purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up until it has been shipped.
To cancel, please email sales@fusionbodyart.com immediately.

If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process (if applicable).

Merchant Fees on Cancellations

  • Credit/Debit Card/PayPal Orders: 1.6% non-refundable merchant processing fee
  • Afterpay Orders: 6% non-refundable merchant processing fee

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 days.


🎁 Sign-Up Discount Code Policy

10% first-order sign-up discount codes are not valid on sale items or in combination with other promotions.
