Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
2. Exchanges & Change of mind
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
This may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
In these cases:
- We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you
- We recommend contacting us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible

5. Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind or non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label.
6. Non-Returnable Items
