Getting clean petals and teardrops
For a clean teardrop, press the brush tip down firmly, then pull and lift in one continuous motion — the pressure at the start and the lift at the end are what shape the point. For petal strokes, load the brush fully and let the bristles fan slightly as you press, then draw through and lift cleanly to avoid a ragged edge.
Caring for your brushes
Rinse brushes in clean water immediately after use and reshape the bristles before they dry. A gentle brush soap helps lift dried paint from the ferrule without damaging the synthetic fibres. Store brushes flat or bristle-up to keep their shape between events.
