How is this different from Deep Purple and Purple Passion?
Deep Purple is very dark, built for line work and outlining. Purple Passion is dark and bold, with rich opaque coverage for tropical designs. Royal Purple is the brightest and most medium-toned of the three, ideal for full-face and cheek art.
What colours does it mix well with?
Mix Royal Purple with white for lighter purples, or with pinks and blues for even more shades.
How many applications does one jar give?
50–200 applications, depending on how much of the design uses Royal Purple and how heavily it's applied.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes, for ages 3 and up. As with any cosmetic, we recommend a patch test on the wrist before full application.

How to apply & remove

Apply
Add water to your brush or sponge, then load the paint onto your tool rather than spraying the paint with water. Sweep across the cake until you've created a light, creamy paste.

Build full-face & cheek art
Use a sponge for full base coverage on full-face designs, or a brush for cheek art and fine detail.

Blend for lighter shades
Mix Royal Purple with white for lighter purples, or blend with pinks and blues while wet for even more shades.

Let dry
Dries quickly, and once dry has a smudge-resistant finish.

Remove
Easily removed with soap and water on a soft cloth or sponge. For the gentlest removal, we recommend Brush & Body Wash by Jest Paint ↗ — a natural, plant-based soap safe for skin and brushes.

Clean your brushes & store
Clean brushes after each use with Brush & Body Wash by Jest Paint ↗. Store the jar dry with the lid on in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Never leave in a hot car.

PRODUCT LABEL & INFORMATION

Add water to your brush before you apply it to the skin. Wash with soap and water, some colours may stain skin temporarily. Keep lids closed when not in use. All cosmetics can, on rare occasions cause allergic reactions. Do not apply to sensitive or broken skin. Test by placing a small amount to the wrist, if reaction occurs within 30 minutes discontinue use. FDA recommends not to use Pink Sorbet, Magic Magenta, Royal Purple and Fresh Lilac around the eye area. Use within 12 months of opening.
