Professional Face Paint Brush – Large Flower Petal

The Large Flower Petal from Fusion Body Art has a full, round teardrop head that tapers to a fine point. Press the belly down and pull away, and you get a generous petal that finishes in a crisp tip, all in one stroke. Lighter pressure on the point gives slim leaves, vines and swooshes from the same brush. The bigger head carries more paint than a standard petal brush, so large blooms, butterfly wings and arm or body florals come together with fewer reloads. Two-tone Korean synthetic bristles spring back to their point wash after wash, set in a chrome-plated brass ferrule on a genuine birch wood handle.

Cleaning & sanitizing between clients

1
Wipe between faces
For a quick colour change or client change mid-event, wipe bristles on a clean cloth or baby wipe, then swirl in clean water.
2
Wash at the end of each booking
Swirl bristles in warm water with a dedicated brush soap, working from ferrule to tip, then rinse until the water runs clear.
3
Reshape and dry flat
Squeeze out excess water, roll the bristles back into their fine point, and lay flat to dry — never store bristle-up in a jar while wet.

FAQ

How is this different from the standard Flower Petal brush?

The standard Flower Petal suits smaller florals and kids' faces. The Large Flower Petal has a bigger round head that tapers to a fine point, so each stroke covers more skin and finishes in a sharp tip — better for big blooms, adult faces and body art.

How do I paint a petal with it?

Load the brush, touch the point to the skin, then press down onto the belly and lift as you pull away. More pressure gives a wider petal; staying on the tip gives slim leaves and swooshes.

How do I sanitise brushes between clients at an event?

Keep a cup of clean water and a cloth or wipes at your station. Wipe and rinse the bristles between each face, and do a full wash with brush soap between bookings or if you notice any buildup at the ferrule.
